In the last two months, there were more than two dozens major smartphone launches and almost as many leaks about upcoming devices. Hence, via this list we have tried to make things easier. Infinix Note 4, Hot 4 Pro Launched in India: Price, Specifications, and Features

Global Internet service giant Transsion Holdings has now launched its premium online smartphone brand - Infinix - in India. To flag it off, the Infinix Hot 4 Pro and Infinix Note 4 smartphones have been launched in the country. The smartphones are priced at Rs. 7,499 and Rs. 8,999 respectively, and will be made available on Flipkart exclusively

The Infinix Note 4 will be available from 12pm IST on Thursday, August 3, while the Infinix Hot 4 Pro will be available from 11:59pm IST on the same day. Flipkart is offering a host of launch offers including a free two-month subscription for Hotstar Premium, and Idea Cellular is offering buyers 84GB of data for 84 days at Rs. 443. There is also an exchange offer listed of up to Rs. 8,500 for the Infinix Note 4 and Rs. 7,000 for the Infinix Hot 4 Pro. There is an extra 15 percent off on Flipkart Fashion and Lifestyle category on August 5-6.

The Hong Kong-based mobile manufacturer claims it has launched a service network of over 850 plus touch points across the country. Both the smartphones come with a free one-time screen replacement within the first 100 days of purchase as well, apart from the one-year manufacturer warranty.

Anish Kapoor, CEO Infinix India said in a statement, "Being a new player in the Indian competitive online smartphone market, consumer and product is at the centre of our 'Go Beyond' philosophy. Our dedicated R&D team has evaluated the digital consumer needs and introduced unique features such as a big battery with Xcharge technology, big screens with stunning display and smartphones beyond ordinary colours that will enhance the young consumer's smart lifestyle. Our partnership with Flipkart will be instrumental in making Infinix range of smartphones available pan India. We are targeting an online market share of 8-10 percent by 2018."

Infinix Note 4 price, specifications

As mentioned, the more expensive Infinix Note 4 is priced at Rs. 8,999 and will be available on Flipkart from 12pm IST on August 3. The smartphone sports a metal body with curved edges at the back. There's a Home Button in the front underneath which is the fingerprint scanner. The volume and power keys sit on the right edge. The Micro-USB port is at the bottom edge surrounded by two speaker grilles on either sides. It will be available in Ice Blue, Champagne Gold, and Milan Black colour variants.

With respect to specifications, the Infinix Note 4 runs on Android Nougat further customised by the XOS UI. The dual-SIM (Micro+Micro) device comes with a 5.7-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) IPS display with 2.5D glass protection and 387ppi pixel density in the front. It is powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core Mediatek MT6753 SoC paired with 3GB of RAM. Inbuilt storage is offered at 32GB with the option to expand further via a microSD slot (up to 128GB).

Optics on the Infinix Note 4 include a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash support, autofocus, and a 'Pro' mode that enables users to adjust the manual settings as per their requirement. At the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera with LED flash support, and fixed focus. The smartphone packs a 4300mAh battery, and connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and GPS. The dimensions of the Infinix Note 4 measure at 159x78.8x8.4mm. On board sensors include G-sensor, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, digital compass, gyroscope, and hall sensor.

Infinix Hot 4 Pro price, specifications

The Infinix Hot 4 Pro is relatively cheaper at Rs. 7,499, and will be available on Flipkart as well on August 3 at 11.59pm IST. Design wise, the smartphone sports no home button in the front with capacitive navigation keys, and the fingerprint scanner finds its place at the back below the camera sensor. The volume and power keys sit on the right edge here as well. The Micro-USB port is at the bottom edge, while the 3.5mm audio jack is seen on the top edge. The smartphone will be available in Bordeaux Red, Quartz Black, and Magic Gold on launch.
As for specifications, the Infinix Hot 4 Pro runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 and supports dual-SIM slots (Micro + Micro). It sports a 5.5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display, and is powered by the 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor paired with 3GB of RAM. Internal storage is at 16GB with microSD card support as well (up to 128GB).

Optics on the Hot 4 Pro include a 13-megapixel rear camera with fixed focus, and flash support. There's a 5-megapixel front camera with soft light flash support for low-light selfies. It packs a 4000mAh battery and connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and GPS support. The smartphone weighs 175 grams and the dimensions are 152.6x76.2x8.8mm
